Introduction

Kenco Foodservice, Inc. has recognized that the food service industry is in a continual state of transformation and that the successful broker organization must address the ever-changing needs of customers, both at the end-user and at the distributor level.

With this in mind, we have designed our sales organization into several teams that are both structured and flexible.  A team's responsibility may include calling on both the distributor and the key accounts served by that distributor.  Each team member also serves as a liaison for at least one of our manufacturers.

Recognizing a significant area of growth for the future is in Contract Compliance and National and Regional Chain accounts, we have one person - Marvin Miller - dedicated solely to this important segment.  Compass, Sodexho, Premier, Novation, Skippers, I-Hop, Ivars, Starwood, and Avendra are just a few of the many multi-unit operators we work with on a daily basis.

 

Company Information

Kenco Foodservice's main office is in Renton, Washington, only ten minutes from Sea Tac International Airport, close to FSA & Sysco Seattle, and only thirty minutes from US Foodservice.  All customer service is handled in the Renton office.

Kenco also has offices in Portland-Oregon, Spokane-Washington, and Anchorage-Alaska.  Since 1989, Kenco has grown from one line and a handful of people, to 25 lines and 50 people in three states.

Doug Sanders (General Manager), has been with Kenco since the beginning.  Joining him on the management team are Stan Sivesind & Ray Schleuning (Renton), Jim Tait (Portland), and Travis Williams (Alaska/Spokane).
